The par 35 Manor Course is situated on either side of the Country Club's driveway, and water comes into play on at least four holes. The Manor 9 is seen as an alternative to the Stock-Brook 18, or as an addition to 27 and 36 hole golf days. The Manor Course offers a number of short, delightfully tempting risk / reward holes. The 338 yard 3rd hole is an example of a possible birdie or double-bogey hole.

Excellent drainage on the 27 holes ensures year-round golf, particularly during those increasingly wet winter months.
